  12. In AmiTCP:bin/ there is a file calles startnet. It decides which device to use
  13. to connect to the internet account, which user to login, host name, IP
  14. address, etc...
  15.  
  16. Hopefully your email addresses are different on the two accounts. That will
  17. make this much easier.

  19. Copy startnet to startnet2. Now edit startnet2.
  20.  1) First, change the 0 after ppp.device to 1 - that allows you to make a
  21. different ppp setup.
  22.  2) The name after login will be for your first account. Change it to this new
  23. account.
  24.  3) Change all the ppp0 occurences to ppp1
  25.  4) On you ADD HOST line, change the full hostname to your new full hostname.
  26.  5) If you have setenv variables for things like newsservers and such, change
  27. them for your new server.
  28.  I think that's all for startnet...now to ENVARC:SANA2/ppp0.config

  30.  1) copy ENVARC:SANA2/ppp0.config to ENVARC:SANA2/ppp1.config
  31.  2) edit ppp1.config
  32.  3) If any addresses are in that file, change them to the new server.
  33.  4) Change dialscript= to a new dialscript for this new account.

  35. Now create that dialscript just like you did the old one.

  37. Finally edit amitcp:bin/passwd - make a new entry for this new account:

  39. Username||100|100|Real Name|Workdir:|shell
  40.  
  41. Replace Username with your username, replace Realname with your real name and
  42. replace Workdir: with your work directory.

  44. The only problem I see here is that the username with the first account needs
  45. to be different than the second account.
